Where do I find my tracking ID?

It is printed on the jobsheet receipt handed to you when you dropped off your device. It looks like a long alphanumeric code (e.g. JS2504-0001).

How often is the status updated?

Engineers update notes at every stage transition — typically when your device moves to diagnosis, repair, and collection stages.

Can I track multiple devices?

Yes — each device has its own jobsheet and its own unique tracking ID. Enter each one separately.

What if my tracking ID does not work?

Double-check the code (it is case-sensitive). If it still fails, message us on WhatsApp and we will pull up your repair manually.
